Won't be online to discuss in more depth of how good Sherlock is as the power will be off. Have watched it again for the 4th time - still so unbelievably good :). Show deserves BAFTAs for everything!
God, I am turning blue holding my breath to see how they will top this in the next season. Right now, my bet is that we will have at least one full episode that maintains this tension by having us watch Sherlock and John as they both grieve without their paths intersecting.
Because really, how on earth can you live up to this past ep? Is it possible?
I know you're sleeping & have to go to work in a few hours, but I will be online if you want to chat some. I don't know what time I'll be online tomorrow (late afternoon your time) if at all - people are planning to come over but I don't know all the plans yet.
Noo... I only want 30 minutes of grief (Sherlock lurking in the shadows while John's still assisting Lestrade when he can), 30 minutes of rage and what the hell sherlock! and 30 minutes of BFF solving the crime together.
Yes. perseid, it was a good 30 to 40 minutes after the show's conclusion before it hit me: I was only watching an actor. It wasn't real and he's not grieving because no one is actually dead.
Would that all television could be this amazing (or failing that, that we could fast forward through the rest of this year.)
