I'm usually all for a good fandom in-joke, but this is beyond the pale.





Does any of you guys actually edit wikipedia? The entry needs to go and I've been trying to figure out how to flag it but the site is spectacularly user-unfriendly in that regard.

You can leave a comment in the discussion, and you can edit the article even without logging in (it just records your IP address). It's a free for all, basically!

Ah, that's great news.

I saw the bit for commenting and editing, but I'm already a little leery with lj logging my IP address. Fandom is exponentially smaller than wiki; I'd never do anything on that site that allows someone else to know who I (electronically) am.

But the important thing is that that crap has come down!
