I was just informed by my supervisors that I receive Monday and Tuesday in order to celebrate the quasi-holiday of Obon. My coworkers will use these days to return to their hometowns and care for the graves of their ancestors. I, however, will use these two days to recover from a weekend of revelry in Tokyo.

I suppose it's a foreigner's perogative to trade ancestor worship for Comiket. Hee!
