I was a little restless this afternoon, not having made it to the gym. Figuring this would keep me awake well past my bedtime if something wasn't done to remedy the situation, I took a little trot down to Yamada Denki and then Bookoff.
I ended up walking out of the latter with the final mix of Kingdom Hearts and - you'll <3 this,
teal_geezus - Suikoden II. For $11.00. So now I've got games I-III, and it's just a matter of playing them all in order and figuring out which OTPs I support. I'm just psyched because now I'll know why Mandarake has shelves devoted to Suikoden II doujins see Gremio and McDohl again be able to play through the whole series in order. And IV is coming out pretty soon as well, so I'll probably trot out and buy that one like the tool I am.
As forI'll take any Sephiroth action I can get the KH final mix, well, I didn't buy it new, so I'm not actually giving any money to Disney was bound to pick it up sooner or later. I translated a few KH doujins for the Koori ML a while back, which is really what got me intrigued in the series about the first place along with the Mandarake doujinshi section. And I know
teal_geezus liked it as well. So expect to hear more from me on that.
Which brings me to a question for any of you who might be knowledgeable on these issues: I've got a PS2. I've got two memory cards for said PS2. I have saved some PS2 games on them, but they aren't full. For some reason, I can't get my PS games to save to them; the games don't recognise the memory cards are in the slots. Does this mean I need to use separate cards for PS and PS2 games? Or is something else going wrong?

Another successful attempt by Sony at getting you to spend more money. Fantastically annoying, but damn, the capitalist in me is impressed. XD
Oh, and if you finish all those games, check out the Full Metal Alchemist PS2 game when it hits the bargain bins. There's nothing quite like watching your own little Ed transmute cannons (which you can then use! XD) out of crap that's laying around. And watching him boss Al around is funny. "Al!" "Hmm, O.K." And the in-game character model for Armstrong has little sparkles floating around his head. XD

Impressive, yes, but
what ifI've found a way tobeat God at his own game, Karenoutmanuever these Captains of Industry - namely by buying the 3x cheaper knock-off memory cards, which work just as well.I figured it might be something like that, since the cards still worked fine for my PS2 games. Thanks for the confirmation.
And if you can identify the quote I butchered above, you get a complementary first born or black market organ or somesuch.

Really, last time we talked about it (when I was still stateside, I think), you were really into it.
And christ, I don't want to play the piano.
