I did this last year and it worked out pretty well, so let's try it again. Below the cut are 50 books I need to read, reread, or finish reading. It's not a list of books I have to finish this year, or a list of the only books I'm allowed to read this year, but rather a list to see how many of the books, out of those I felt I might like to read this year on January 4th, I actually did read by December 31st.

What a good idea! I should probably make a similar list, as I do want to read a little more this year than last year. :D

(And very excited to see the Sam Wyndham book on there! Love that series.)

I currently have 212 books unread on my kindle, so mainly I'm looking forward to working a bit through those! The final Frey & McGray book is coming out this year so I'm looking forward to that, and there are a few crime series that I'd really like to finish off this year if I can (Cadfael and Benjamin January being top of the list there).

(and yes, the icon. XD Probably my favourite icon, tbh!)

It's really, really good! The entire series is super good, and emotionally devastating in the best way.

I know that feeling They're really, really good! Very dark, but in a way that is extremely well earned and makes you think a lot. If you like Blake and Avery (which I obviously know you do XD) I think you have a high chance of liking them as well.

He really does seem to get so much better with every book! It's fantastic to see. And is that the latest one published? Because yeah, some HEAVY stuff happens in that one (and I also just want them to be happy together! I mean, Sam can be a dick but it's still totally possible! ;;)

I've vaguely heard of it, but I haven't read it! And looking at it it looks extremely rtmi. :D I've put it on my "to get" list now, so hopefully I'll get around to buying it soon. And then reading it not long after! I am reading mainly romance novels and low-brain things atm, at least while it's winter, but it's spring fairly soon!

Yessss Sam and Surendranath's dynamic is just so good and they're so utterly sweet with each other. I just want them to help each other work through all their issues and then be happy forever. Not sure this is a realistic goal, but I hope for it anyway. XD
