God fucking damn, I thought we had it bad when Comcast just casually switched us over to a $150/month plan from $50/month without any kind of consultation whatsoever. Very best wishes for you to get that sorted and that whoever is in charge here ideally gets fired in ignominy (or sends you a personal apology note with monetary compensation for all the time you've wasted on this shit failing that.)
