Thank you so much for writing a Yuletide fic for me! This is my favorite part of the fandom year and I'm always super excited to see what fic I've received. Aside from my short list of DNWs, I like pretty much everything: slice-of-life ficlets to long epics, gen and slash, humor and angst, G to PWP. So please let your imagination run wild.
Kinks: Angst, banter, found families, humor, hurt/comfort, language, loyalty, redemption arcs, relationships crossing/transgressing social status, wordplay, worldbuilding
DNWs: Eroticized rape, heavy duty AU (e.g., high school, space travel), mpreg, violence for its own sake

Blake & Avery Series: William Avery, Jeremiah Blake
What can I say? I am obsessed with these novels. I love the way these two complement each other so well, and even despite themselves. I love the way Avery brings Blake out of his shell and Blake forces Avery to see beyond the comfortable “truths” of his upbringing. I would love to get a fic in this fandom, be it Blake & Avery or Blake/Avery. Some possible prompts to get you started:
- Blake and Avery are waylaid in a blizzard. Where were they going, to be caught out in such inclement weather, and why?
- Spring-Heeled Jack is after Blake, or Avery, or both. How do they stop him?
- Avery is involved in a political scandal. He turns to Blake for help.
Onmyoji: Abe no Seimei, Minamoto no Hiromasa
Oh, how I love these two, and the Heian court they inhabit. I love Seimei's arch amusement at Hiromasa's ignorance of all things supernatural, and Hiromasa's steadfast goodness and willingness to do the right thing even when he's in over his head. I love their devotion to each other, how Hiromasa is Seimei's staunchest ally at court, and how Seimei so clearly values Hiromasa's friendship, even as Hiromasa's naivetie exasperates him. I like these two in both gen and slash configurations.
- A sutra reading goes wrong. What do Seimei and Hiromasa do to set things right?
- Seimei has been having unsettled dreams. What are they, and how is Hiromasa involved?
- A strange vessel washes ashore in Awa. Who (or what?) is aboard and what do Our Heroes have to do in response?
The Goblin Emperor: Any and all characters
This is a great novel with an ace fandom, so I'm throwing this one completely open.
- I ship Maia and his empress with any and all of his nohecharei and his secretary, in any configuration, so if that floats your boat, please go for it.
- I'm also fascinated by Captain Orthema: his origins, his past, how he relates to his Guardsmen, and his friendships.
- I'd love to no more about snow in the Elflands: are there any cultural traditions? Does Maia make snow goblins with his nephews and nieces? Get into snowball fights with Csethero (and if so, what, oh gods, does Beshelar think of it)?
