The phones are not used in the game itself; the players are basically shopping, doomscrolling, and all the other stuff while the game is going on, which is not great from an attention standpoint.
My rental is, in fact, considered a nuisance property by the city. It's such a shame because it was a fantastic building when we moved in and it was managed by a different company.
