It's worth a lot of grief to be able to write that! Good lord, yes. I know work, like everything else, is cyclical, but it's so nice to be in the part of the cycle where it's rewarding.
And thanks for the commiseration on the building. Thankfully the management company is starting, grudgingly, to be just a bit more responsive following the establishment of the tenants' association.
