So assignments are out and you're probably wondering, Who is this person and what sorts of fic do they like? The good news is, Fear not! I'm already tickled by the fact that I'm getting a fic in the first place, and I fangirl widely across genres and styles. You can use any of my prompts if they intrigue you. That said, I'm the sort of person who doesn't read reviews or back covers before seeing films/cracking books. I love not knowing anything about a story before I start it, so feel free to write something that has nothing to do with my prompts should the mood strike you.
In addition to what I wrote in my sign-up requests, I'm drawn to each of these fandoms by the character interactions in the source material. What drives these people, what thoughts lie behind their words and actions, how do they see themselves versus how others sees them, what draws them to the other characters? Since we've matched on at least one of these fandoms, I imagine you're intrigued by some--if not all--of this as well, and I know I'm in good hands.
I'm okay with any rating; gen or intimate relationships are both fine. In regards to the latter, if you've poked around this lj you'll know I write and love slash, but het is lovely too. I like humor, angst, slice of life, atmospheric fics, or any mix of the above. I'm less keen on MPREG or AUs, but am always willing to be pleasantly surprised. My only request is no permanent character death (in keeping with the spirit of the holidays).
