...was all kinds of OMG!
I was really expecting the mystery dying patient to be House himself, but this is about ten times more unexpected and I will be a flaming ball of righteous anger if they "deal" with Cutthroat Bitch by killing her off. She is the best character on the show and...ugh. It would just be heinous of them.
That said, I am cautiously hoping they're planning on keeping her around, as Wilson suspecting an affair between her and House is one way to introduce tension into a relationship that otherwise seems to be working out better than any of the others we've seen on the show. I think she may just have been on an errand--wasn't that a waterbed House we saw House sleeping on when Cuddy was supervising him? He didn't have one of those before, did he? And we know Wilson-and-Amber were trying to get rid of theirs.
I just hope, if that is the case, if it isn't resolved right in time for Wilson to "forgive" her before she dies. Cause, again, ugh.

Cutthroat Bitch's deal with House was rather amusing. But I can't see them ever being an item, even for a hate-sex event. And you know how often I end up shipping the charas that fight all the damn time.
