...in spasms of fangirl ecstacy. Yes, a new chapter of Silver Diamond was released yesterday.

We have a color cover. We have 56 pages of story (though it felt like 10). We have about three new characters introduced and even more Sugiura plot twists. We have a new variation on the Morning Ceremony. And most importantly, we have Narushige. Who styles. Like no one's business. (If I wasn't already promised to Sugiura, I'd marry him, whether or not he really, uh, exists.)

And Rakan has actually grown some balls (although in a typical Sugiura hero-fashion). There is much, much love from this quarter.

I can't wait until next month.

*GLOMP*

scans of ch4 just came out yesterday, and i can understand your love for Narushige now because he is *HEARTS* in modern day fashion *________*

Ooh, I <3 Narushige no matter what he's wearing. But in order to slightly redeem myself from my embarrassing fangirlism, I really do like his character. There's just something about controlled snark that gets me every time.

...scans? doko doko? Bought the first two volumes...and all of Kouri no mamono no monogatari *sweat drop*...while in Japan but now that I have returned I no longer have access to happy monthly releases and its killing me! For this and G-defend...and a number of other things...*whimper*

augh! i adore your icon!!!!!! *______* Yay for G-Defend!

*koff* coming back to the subject at hand =D Sweet-Lunacy is currently scanlating Silver Diamond, though fairly slowly. Not like that's going to stop me from getting the tankoubans. =/

The homepage is currently under construction, but you can check them out on mirc at #sweet-lunacy on irchighway.

And yay for KMM! Heh, it's an investment you'll never regret. ^______^

Eeeeee! Much excitement. Can't wait until I get my copy around the 26th (not that I'll be able to really understand it when it comes, but hey, Narushige will be stylin' even in Japanese that I read at the rate of one sentence a month).

Oh, to be able to read manga in something approaching real time. Do you think passing Level 2 JLPT would get me to that point? Or do I resign myself to reading like a snail for the rest of time? Cause I don't know if I'll EVER be able to pass Level 1.

Meanwhile, back to studying for sankyuu...

PS Just now noticed the icon. LOL!!

Yes, excitement indeed! I had to make a squee post without spoiling you, and that was tough! Anyway, this chapter's got more of a connector feel than some of the other chapters, but there are some major revelations, so I can't wait till you get your copy. Much discussion will ensue.

Not to fear - I was reading manga long before I took nikyuu. Level one doesn't appear so hard as it does so full of vocabulary. The problem is that that vocabulary does not appear in manga all that often. I think they need to have two ikyuus - one for people who want to use Japanese to get rich in the business world, and one for people who like Japanese pop culture;)

Glad you like the icon, btw. I had too much fun making it.

(and one for people who live in the middle of nowhere and need to call the electrician man to tell them your stove is giving off black smoke.)
