I really want his other oracle deck, which I think is called the Pathfinder Oracle. Unfortunately nothing shipped by the USPS makes it home to me, and I was only able to get my hands on the Earthbound Oracle because a relative flying in from the US brought it with her to give to me.
I don't usually mix multiple types of decks during readings; that style of clarification is something I could probably experiment with more.
I used to try clarifying by drawing another tarot card, but that didn't help all that much and sometimes confused me more. Clarifying with another type of deck is my preferred way to go, but it does depend on the kind of deck. For example, I like the Earthbound Oracle for clarifying individual cards in a spread, when I'm confused about the card in that position or how it relates to the whole. But there are other decks I use only to clarify the spread as a whole and tie it together.
