Oh god, I'm sorry to hear that happened to you too! I knew these sorts of injuries were painful, but I had no idea how much more so than a sprain or twinged muscle until it actually happened. The first few days were unbelievable.

They did prescribe steroids, which make me woozy and dry-mouthed, but they are indeed helping. And thank you for passing on the doc's words too--very helpful to hear indeed!
