The answer the program accepts is "wo shi," which means "I am." The problem is that the lesson also introduces "ni shi"--"you are"--also a perfectly correct choice. The prompt gives no explanation as to why it only accepts "wo." (There is no explanation.)

For "shi shi," you're probably thinking of "xiexie"--"thank you." ;-)
